I thought he was just to cuss out everyone she doesn’t like.

<img src=“http://www.rpgclassics.com/staff/tenchimaru/td.gif”> Well, besides that.

I don’t like bunny hoods, except for running away from someone who has a hammer. Most of the time you’re trying to take a step to the right, and next thing you know, you’re falling to your demise, 40 feet past the edge of the map.

I use Fox, Samus or Shiek, I like the speed of first and last while Samus’ main thing is when properly used, you can fight without ever being hit (and I don’t mean long range, Lunaris knows what I mean.) and I play with no items, pure skill alone, no random help from outside sources.

Well, I suck at items and am proud of it! Say it with me, Zero :stuck_out_tongue:

My favorate character is Ness. Peole tend to like me not very much when I PK Thunder the crap out of them. :o

zero sounds like my kind of ideal opponent…

I play as Roy mostly…
Used to play as Link, but I started playing abit more as Roy, and now I play as Roy a lot more…
And I played as Kriby a while when my friends played as Samus and Pikachu. >_<
Needed to get out of the line of fire…

Anyway, I mostly play offensive… Counter is very rarely used. (mostly if I feel like testing my timing vs hammers…)

I like ^B and the dance…

I’m big on Link, check sig. But if he has a sword I like him. But usually I just pick “random” and I still kick everyone’s ass. I’ve learned that even Pichu can cause good damage if you aim right.

I use Kirby mainly, he’s hard to smash cos he can jump fly back in and he can suck people (yeah I know).

I actually use Peach most of the time. Her specials do a lot of damage as well as her running --> A move (a running bithch slap). I just use that and can juggle people for a while, then whack him/her with my golf club/frying pan/tennis racket and they normally don’t come back. Speaking of that I really annoy people becuase I never seem to die unless I get sent flying in a one hit instant death move because of her floating ability.

As for items, I love poke balls and anything else that really good chucking ability like bombs or shells. I admit I like floating around until the others beat themselves then his them with my dress bomb and then send them flying to their death.

My best friend prefers Roy to Marth though. I also like Mario, Zelda/Sheik, and Pikachu.

One, I, a old SSB veteran, must warn you… On the old SSB, I often played as Kirby. Like you said, Kirby’s ability to come back ensured easy comebacks. But now that I thinked of it, I hated that. With a passion. Why? Cause I was always on the fly. Never did I had kills, since I was flying and coming back… So yeah…

And as for Roy vs Marth, Roy is more powerful when it comes to melee games, but Marth’s owns in duels (wich are my favorite type of game)

Hammers aren’t nearly as powerful as they were in SSB. They do less damage, last less time, are harder to catch an opponent with, it is easier to be hit while holding one, and sometimes the head falls off when you pick it up leaving you completely vulnerable as you swing a stick back and forth.

I’m on the offensive most of the time anyway. I only start doing the float around and chuch items at people when I get around 150% damage. Like I said, I like using that running combo most of the time. I get quite few kills in. How long do you normally play a match? My friend and I normally use 5:00 with two level five computers. I usually cause more total damage than him, and he uses Roy.

i tend not to use time matches, i tend to play stock battles…

I can use items and have in the past, I just find it too easy to kill people with weapon toss or guns or explosives, even if it does raise the randomness level of a fight. Besides, people complained too much about getting pwned so we went in ‘no items’.

And tournaments never have items, so I trained accordingly.

The most common matchs are quick 2 minutes duels. Sometimes we put it on 3 minutes. Or we go 3 to 5 stock matchs too.

Then there is melee matchs. Computers are too perfect, and we only got 2 remotes… But still, we kick some serious ass. Those are at 5 minutes.

The best matchs I always seen where Me vs. Isaac, 3 stocks, with Marth vs Roy for characters, on Battlefield or Hyrule Temple (Alt Music)

Eh, I usuall never use items. Don’t see the point of getting a kill if it’s only by throwing a pokeball at them or something :stuck_out_tongue:

I always have items all on and on very high.

It makes the game that more chaotic. Plus I have this uncanny ability to hit someone from the other side of the stage with items.

i only avoid using items because i believe that to master a character, one must use only that character’s abilities…

else, hammers rule.
