This won’t convince anyone. All I see is that it’s saying that Gamer’s aren’t the nerds we thought they were.

So the next time someone threatens to beat you up and take your lunch money, just shove this article in their face and say: “Ha HA! CNN says I’m not a nerd so you better just back off buddy”. Then turn your back on them and walk away.

I don’t think gamers were thought of as nerds anymore anyways… all the nerds that used to play games grew up to be successful people now, and not just in the computer or video game industry either.
