Why?

Davis was recalled, and Schwarzenegger has been elected the new governor of CA. CNN reported it just now. Bwah.

Damn! I was hoping Gallegher would win!

Well at least California is now safe from those damn Predators.

Wow, I guess it was a big popularity contest.

Oddly enough, Arnold was the only canidate with a decent plan. Bustamante, the only other real canidate in this election, was basically a Mini-Me copy of Gray Davis with all the same flaws. And Gray Davis re-elected? Nah, that boat don’t float. He caused enough trouble with his last term.

I wish Mary Carey won. That would’ve been interesting.

And Vic, Danny Glover could stop Predator. DANNY GLOVER! Warrior race my ass.

Humanity is doomed.

Well he killed Gary Busey before he died, that has to be worth something…

WHY!

Man.
This is one of those times I’m glad I don’t live in california.

I want to cry.

Today is Judgement Day.

The Governator will kill you all.

I hate you.

The way I see it, this is a good thing. For you see, there are only two possible outcomes for this scenario:

  1. Arnold does a wonderful job, and proves that you don’t need to be smart to be a politician.

OR

  1. Arnold does a crappy job, gets recalled, and any support for celebrities as political candidates goes down the crapper.

I live in California :’()

WHY GOD, WHY!??!?!?!??!?!?!

He was recalled because he got in in the unconventional meand of being elected. And yeah, I want to cry.

The human race is getting wierder, but perhaps he shall do a good job(gotta be better than the one Bush helped with in Texas).

You’re basing this on what exactly? His various roles in movies? The fact that he’s a bodybuilder? Or is this simply good old residual resentment against the stronger people who used to take your lunch money?

But anyway, it’s obvious why he was elected. It’s a two party system and Bustamente was really a joke, once the recall suceeded it was pretty much a given. I voted no on the recall, but let’s wait to see what happens before condemning this election as a disaster of gigantic proportions.

I don’t believe you spent the time to read possibility 2. I think its, by far, the more likely one.

One only prays he doesn’t fuck up CA, but then I moved out of there long ago. One of the few times I’m grateful for a father in the military. Namely all that moving around.
