When trying to pick a fight with someone or trying to get said person to flame you, the key is to twist their words into things they didn’t mean but might have meant, it is not advisable to make a mistake such as making up things. If you paid attention you would have noticed that he never insulted handicapped people, he used the word retarded to imply that your intelligence is low compared to the average person, which while being crude and not encompassing all manners of mental retardation, it certainly does fit the overall result of such a disease.
