What are some good games that are currently out for it aside from Super Mario Sunshine, Wind Waker, Eternal Darkness, and SSB:M?
I’m wondering because I just bought one with birthday money, which is one of the pluses to having a huge family.

Sonic Adventure DX is fun if you haven’t played the original.

I actually planned on getting SoAL but I realized I didnt have enough money on me. Instead I ended up getting SSB:M
You should gett he new Harvest Moon for GC when it comes out if your into that kind of game.(I am:ah-ha!: )
Well, Sun, you got it just in time, because I was watching the news and it said that nintendo were going to stop making GCs, because they’re filling up the shelves too much.
And you mgiht want to wait for Soul Calibur 2 and F-Zero GX.

Timesplitters 2 is on all 3 consoles, but apparently multiplayer is best on the PS2 locally, or XBox live for the XBox. Don’t quote me on that though.
I’m not sure whether F-Zero GX is out yet, having just gotten back from camp, but you should look into that one.
F Zero GX is coming out at the end of august. If its half as good as F zero X for 64, it`ll be awesome.
The monkey ball games are GREAT fun for multiplayer.
Metroid Prime as some have already mentioned.
Zelda. Duh.
I`ve heard good things about Skies of Arcadia.
Later to come are Tales of Symphonia and FF CC that look very interesting.
SSBM = ultimate multiplayer fighting game
I would consider going on ebay, seeing what`s cheap and figuring out if its worth buying. Like Eternal Darkness.
Phantasy Star Online kicks ass multiplayer too, even at the same console.
One of my favorite multiplayer experiences was playing with one of my best friends and my oldest brother, and getting our asses repeatedly handed to us by a Hildeblue…

I suggest you try both the Lost Kingdoms games, whitch are both MAJORLY underrated.

If you have company: Super Monkey Ball. 
I’d recommend SSBM as more of a rental. It gets tired fast in SP. If you want a fighting game, wait a couple weeks for SC2.
Ikaruga’s a really nice arcade shooter, and Megaman Network Transmission is pretty fun.
They have already been mentioned, but: Phantasy Star Onlines, Skies of Arcadia Legends and Metroid Prime. If you’re desperate you might also want to add Bomberman.
The games I mentioned were the games I already have, and thanks for all your suggestions of games. Right now Im thinking on getting SoAL, either Met Prime or Lost Kingdoms 2 or Ikaruga, and maybe Megaman Network Transmission. PSO is alright, but I’ve played it before and dont really feel the need to play it more.
F-zero GX, Soul Calibur II and if you are interested in StarCraft history then Starcraft Ghost, those games sould be out soon so start looking for them
I have a GameCube and I’m actually just waiting for the Gameboy Player so I can get TO:KoL and FFTA.

And Mortal Kombat is very good, IMO.
