Yeah, actually, your IQ does change with age. When I took the test at five or something, I kicked that kid’s ass, but he’s three, and I probably cheated. I was a dick when I was five. Still am.

Your IQ is rated relative to your age. It doesn’t change really. The number is roughly (maybe exactly) a percentage of how smart you are relative to the average for your age. So I suppose it can change if you advance faster or slower than the average.
Still, its impressive that a little one took the test. I don’t know the age range at which those tests are considered valid, but I doubt that they are designed for kids that young.

IQ is actually a potential for how intelligent you are. So, Bush could have an IQ in the thousands, but he just doesn’t live up to the potential. Also, it’s been semi-shown to not be too accurate until at least adolescence. So, it’s really meaningless.

Well, no matter how high it may be, intelligence still needs a good amount of maturity, otherwise it’ll be wasted. If this situation is properly handle, then that kid is in for a very interesting life.

IQ in children is prone to variation as the kid ages. IQ is determined relatively. An avg IQ is 100 and every lead of 15 pts either way places you 1 standard deviation from this average. A standard deviation is a statistical measure. A person with an IQ of 115 would be in the top 82%ish of their age group. Above 130 puts them in the top 2%.

IQ is fairly meaningless. It isn’t really known what exactly it measures at any age. And why would you have a 3 year old take IQ tests…
