Too funny to pass up… Part II:

<img src=“http://free.inkfrog.com/pix/DanteCole/dontevenwannaknow.jpg” width=250 height=165> Mewtwo… Mario… I don’t even wanna know.

Lordo, someone should put these in his sig :stuck_out_tongue:

where are you finding these pics?

The pics say in the bottom left corner.

YO yo yo, let me preach on dis!

In the first Smash Brothers, damage dealing wasn’t all that big of an issue. You could go a long way with any character as long as you didn’t get hit. Even if they ARE lightweight. And it’s so much easier to dodge attacks n’shit in the regular SSB.

Then came melee…And if you get your ass hit a couple of times, you in some SHIT! There are so many more ways to dodge, but twice as many to get your ass hit afterwards.

That’s why I prefer dodge/speedster/screen lord style in melee styles. I’ll get up close to an enemy, wait for his attack animation to start, and do something like dodge in place, roll, block, jump, crouch, etc. whatever to leave him vunerable in his face. Then I’m constantly running, unless I try to intimidate people  As for Screen Lord, I ALWAYS watch EVERYTHING that goes on the screen, even if two other people are fighting each other that has nothing to do with me. That way I can sneak in quickly, fuck them up, and leave after they try to shit my bag.

As for duels, I wait for the enemy to come to me and fight him without moving too much. Just a dodge/roll here and there, but no more than I have to. I’m big on timing.

Another thing I notice is that people just use smash moves and specials etc. a lot, but they hardly ever use just the up, A moves or the down, A moves. Not the Up+A smash moves. Even though they don’t smash, they are quicker AND do a damn good deal damage to medium damaged characters. Use shieks down, a move, it has some great range to it.

Now for characters…I used Fox to the bone in the regular because he was quick (agile, I should say) and easy as hell to control. In SSBM, he is the acrobat of them all and has the highest falling rate. Which makes him more suitable for my style of dodging and screenlord sometimes, but without the stopping power. I find his deflector to be more useful in Melee as a weapon, really. And I LOVE his blaster! Especially in four-way FFA when they’re too busy to know I’m burning a whole right through their ass. That and I never use his Fox Illusion standing. It gives the enemey time to react. I do a small quick half jump, THEN the illusion. No time to react unless you just lucky

Link. Liiiiiink, link, link, link, LINKAVICH! Changed so damn much. Slowed down, bombs toned down, but hey! The boomerang stays, AND with arrows! He’s still an ass-kicking machine, but not for chasing down people. I use his arrows up close a lot. And I always throw out the boomerang whenever possible, so it’ll catch someone. I don’t use him as much anymore.

ZELDA! I love dis bitch! Her ariel attacks are VERY powerful (when timed right) and Sheik kicks SO much ass for my style! His chain whip…SO MUCH FUN! She’s like, my assassin n’shit.

Mewtwo…very original fighting style. So much tricky shit you can do and he’ll be a powerhouse. One of the only pokemon who isn’t a lightweight character for a change. And he’s evil…

Marth and Roy: I tend to use Roy more than Marth. He has more power, and I tend to be better off with him than Marths “tip of the blade does more damage” style. If you just use his B attack once to deal weak damage, the enemy will pop up for a PERFECT juggle move! Then you just smash him to the side. It works like a charm. Also his down a attack is sneaky.

And that was a great idea about the new charaters. But I really think these people should be put in there…

Pilotwings 64: Goose, Lark, Robin (with the other characters as their clones/counterparts. Secret chractrers n’shit)

Mischief Makers: Marina!!! She’d be an EXCELLENT character!!!

Little Nemo

All the Nintendo Memoribilia trophys you gain in SSBM as characters (Ballon Fighter, Custom Robo, etc.)

The Quest 64 Kid

I would say Jack from Harvest Moon but he’s on PS1 consoles n’shit as well…damn Natsume…

Jet Force Gemini Characters!!!

Banjo Kazooie Characters!!!

…Turok Characters?

…Conker?

…Walugi?

Omni Link?

THE MOON?

if i find out there’s gonna be another smash bros. game, i’m gonna see if i can get nintendo to include her in it…

Yeah, I’m a dodging bitch too. Learning when to dodge is critical.

And for the new characters, folks, the only one I REALLY see coming on the next SSBM, would be Isaac from Golden Sun.
And Felix for a quicker clone…
Damn would that be nice
