It just works well against the computer. I told you, I’m not good at this and never played against another living breathing human being. And in my defense, it doesn’t take me that long to set it up, at least not long enough to risk being attacked and helps me build a big enough attack force to raid the enemy base.
Yeah, and I can micro-kill 12 battlecruisers with 1 firebat. It really works you know, because I said it. And that makes it work. That’s how things work.
Well, I can. Of course, there might be a couple of tanks in my base too, but if you’re any good at Terran you build your base so convoluted that only you can easily get in or out. If you can’t even arrange your base so that big, clunky melee units like Ultras get funneled, then you suck at Terran anyway.
The entire point of ultras is to ignore marines completely with their 6 armor and destroy your convoluted base with impunity. Oh but now you’re introducing tanks and a confusing maze of buildings into the equation. So I guess I get to introduce two things too. Okay I chooosssseee… Guardians and Cracklings.
Okay, GO!

What you edited I swear to god you edited your post what the fuck Cless
I’m sorry let’s go ride our bikes
Anyway, I was playing original starcraft version 1.0 today, and it’s so different. Sunkens have 400hp but only do 30 damage, and they only attack about 1/3 as fast. It’s insanneee.
This is like reading a thread discussing strategy for a rock-paper-scissors tournament.
One time, in rock paper scissors, I totally anticipated that the guy was gonna do rock. So then I did paper. Holy shit man it was SO cool. Then the fag tried to hack and use a lighter, so I quit. Fucking hackers.
Paper sucks, I could totally beat that by microing my pinky and ring finger against the palm of my hand and backing them up by using the thumb to hold them in place. I would then finish your paper off by seperating my index and middle fingers and moving them in a cutting motion.
Warcraft III, now there’s rock paper scissors. Worst ladder play I’ve ever seen. If you outnumber the enemy 2 to 1 and your damage isn’t good against their armor type and theirs is good against yours it’s GG. People win completely by accident all the time.
But that’s a whole new can of worms.
And in SC 1.0, didn’t Zerg larvae spawn like 3 times faster than they do in current SC? I’d take 3x larvae spawn for 1/3 attack speed sunkens any day.
Night Elves.
I mean zerg.

Yes, our Staff Quote Page is like a frozen mirror into the past.
It’s enforced by everyone ganging up on the one that rushes early. I played a couple like that and it can be sort of stupid at times. One time I played and it was time, but not according to the match creator, and I built up everything and was pretty much just farming resources and so I decided to attack. I was one the opposite team and found him first and attacked. The match creator was slow and he got pissed and got everyone to gang up on me for “breaking the rules.” Needless to say it was impossible to fight them all off. I had enough defense to hold my own for a bit, but if things got too bad I needed help. With 7 people attacking me, it got hard to maintain my defense for long.
As for the topic, my mood switches all the time. There are times when I prefer to play as each. Each one has its benefits and are fun in different ways.
One thing that I like to do as the Zerg though is to make a hatchery near the enemy base and start making a bunch of defensive structures and more them into his base. I’ll build my area up enough to hold my own, but I’ll focus on the one area. After I have enough to catch him off guard, I’ll attack. He’ll usually take out my initial attack force, but I’ll leave him weakened. He’ll think that that is all I have and counter to get his units killed off by my defensive structures and I just rush in then with zerglings and shit.
I’ve become rather partial to obscene drops lately. One game last week saw me loading 12 shuttles with reavers and dropping them in the back of some guy’s base. The first volley wiped out his mineral line and several buildings. He had no air and thus anything he sent to kill the reavers died horribly.
How the hell do firebats use flamethrowers in space?
I guess some sort of compresed oxygen, or something. :hahaha;
Which brings up the question of how almost anything in SC survives in space. Heard something about the Zerg having special skin, and the terrans have all that techno stuff, and I guess the Protoss can use some sort of psionic shielding.
Remind me to put the fucking mack down on you the next time I see you.
Don’t fucking FORGET ![]()
Same way artificial space platforms have resources like vespene gas and minerals in their natural form.
