Appearance: Chris dresses in blood red dragon armour. He has long blue hair and a young face with age within his shocking blue eyes.
Bio: He was an orphan and lived in McNeil village when he was attacked by an assasin of Jade. He then went on to defeat Jade, master magic and go on many adventures of his 250 years. He came to the world due to a magical accident and is aiding the world as he seeks a way home.
Quirks: He acts like everyone is a child and a DUMB child at that due to his age.
Abilities:Sword Skills: He’s a master with the sword.
Magic: He can cast almost any Black or Time magic spell and some white magic. He especially uses fire magic.
Kaiser: He can transform into a gold dragon, a Kaiser.

If you are still looking for characters, how about:
Name - Angelo Dreator.
Allignment - Lawful Neutral.
Appearance - Gelled back black hair, pale blue ‘piercing’ eyes. Beige lether jacket, over a white gi. Matching silver boots, and gaunlets (gloves). Pale blue katana + scabbard, hanging at waist.
Bio - Parents dead, his mother during childbirth, father at age 12(it is never confirmed how, you may wish to fill this fact in later). His dad trained Angelo to use his sword, to protect, not destroy. But when he died, Angelo lost his way, and started taking jobs for ‘money’, but only those that involved protecting, bodyguard work, basically.
Quriks - Has a habit of simply ignoring people/enemies, he feels are unworthy of him. And almost never finsihes off tough opponents (if his job does not need him to), who could come back and haunt him later.
Abilities - He use his katana, and gaunlets/boots (for post-apo martial arts) almost flawlessly in battle. Energy Shield (focuses energy to protect him self from magic/ long range attacks), Heaven’s Charge (gains power from the sky to grow angel wings, for a short period, to help in battle).

Reasonablity: Wingnut, try again. You too Gallo. You’re cool and all, but think of the setting. Chris, this isn’t Smash ToB, although I should get around to that. And Heaven, you confused me for a moment, but I’m not too sure.

Short-cropped blonde hair, blue eyes, a reasonable height and build. Usually just wears a shirt and some pants when not fighting, and usually wears some protective armor when she is. She is always seen with her beloved Broadsword at her hip.

Val grew up in the lands that were once known as Germany. Having become an orphan at the age of 8 due to a monster attack on her family, killing her parents and older sister, she and her younger brother Gabriel, then three, were shunted from place to place, no one place staying safe for too long. After awhile, it was said that she and her brother were “bad luck”, and they were avoided like the plague. Over the years, she had pushed herself to the limit, learnign to defend herself and Gabriel. Eventually, they made it to the States, and are hoping to find a job and- most importantly- a home.

Val is VERY protective of Gabriel, and worries about him like she would her own child. Also, she is very obsessive abotu her hair, and doesn’t want anything messing with it. Oh, and she likes to cook.

Val is a talented swordswoman, and dabbler in magic, learning to try and combine the two to decimate her enemies. She can’t do any really powerful spells, but she can mask her scent and sounds, and can sometimes cast a fire spell to give her sword that extra little zing it needs to kill the damned beasts good.

Not how I’d normally make a persona, but since Pierson doesn’t think there are enough evil characters:
Name: Valerius Malevolus
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Appearance: Medium height and muscular. Dark brown hair that is slightly long for a male, not cleaned quite often enough. Red eyes. Usually wears brown clothing (pants, vest, hooded cape) and dark green (shirt). Clothes are usually ragged, frayed at the edges, and ripped in several places. Sturdy pair of boots.
Bio: A troublesome individual all his life, his parents could hardly control him as a young child. He became tired of their discipline and ran away from home while only 10 years of age and through sheer spite managed to survive. He does little to hide his lack of loyalty, and so never developed any longterm relationships and nothing more involved than a working agreement ever (a number of which he betrayed). Little has changed in the 20 years since he left his family, and Valerius is satisfied with himself. He does what he feels like and acts primarily in his own best interest. He is overconfident in himself, but rarely encounters others who feel brave enough to prove him wrong.
Quirks: Occasionally has bouts were he fights for control of his consciousness with an alternate good personality in his mind. Valerius usually wins, but must focus with all his effort to do so. The best the good personality has ever managed to accomplish is to force Valerius to act True Neutral for a day or so.
Abilities: Incredible survival skills, fueled by mental perseverence. Physically strong, fairly familiar with most readily available combat weapons, prefers a battle axe, and managed to create a make-shift one himself over the years which he calls Lamina. Also can usually figure out how to operate and create mechinical devices (a few moving parts, not powered).
It is possible that he knows some magic, but prefers physical force, intimidation, etc. to solve problems.

Bio: Chris was from a family of billionares that had thier lives decamated by the Second Sun. He somehow stole how to create cyborgs and now tries by any way to become the ruler of the survivors.
Quirks: He acts like everyone is a weak minded slave if they do not agree with him.
Abilities:Gun Skills: He’s a master with the gun.
Magic: He can cast some limited dark magic.
Cyborg Mechanics: He has lost his legs and a hand in a disaster in his middle life and had them replaced by mechanical equivilents. This gives him doubled strength in his right arm(the mecanical one) and allows him to run and jump better than most people.
