It would be better Manus, except for one fact:
Gravity hates America.
This doesn’t make much sense… Just think of what would happen if the different versions started having compatibility problems. And the different features available in each version can confuse people. Frankly, I think this situation should be corrected before it hampers gameplay.
And why do they have that issue against America? Is Gravity Chinese or something? I mean, they shouldn’t hate an entire nation just because they don’t like its rulers.

Gravity is Korean.
There’s no way there could be compatibility issues since people on different servers can’t interact with each other.
They can’t even interact? That’s completely silly. One of the things that make on-line games so appealing is the possiblity of encountering players from many different places.
Like I said before, they say that Americans ruin the RO community, and this is because they Kill steal and loot, not like any other players would do that.
No… those are what patches are for. To create the unpleasant side effects. The newest patch forked up Kafra so no services can be used there. Also novices can’t change job classes either so yay.
That reminds me of Runescape, before the combat system was adjusted and fighting was restricted to a specific area. Back then, a player couldn’t get out of the first city without having fo face hordes of people on ambush, who kept killing players and taking their items. Some players even attacked passive NPCs, even some monks. I remember seeing players being healed by monks and killing them as soon as they were back to full HP, all that just for a lousy handful of experience points.
Sounds like Ultima Online. If you tried leaving the main city, you were dead. New people could not get anywhere in that game.
And in Ultima Online, they had to pay a monthy fee in order to play, as if getting run over by marauders and exposed to scammers was a privilege…
And by Americans they probably mean the entire planet except 5 countries, since everybody else has to use iRO. Imagine if people from China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand would EVER loot or kill steal.
