So now it’s official. Disney fucking closed Lucas Arts. Those fuckmonkeys. No more Sam&Max, no more Monkey Island, no Star Wars 1313. All hope for a Maniac mansion or Day of the tentacle sequel or remake- lost. 150 people lost their jobs. What a bunch of asshats.

Why not? It’s not as if those were made by LucasArts.
Telltale has the Monkey Island license, and they have the advantage of being staffed by people who actually made the Monkey Island games. The “Lucas Arts” that just got buried was a festering corpse that had long lost everything that once made it good, it’s really no loss.
Wish I had a computer that could play some of the old games by Lucas Arts.

It looks like Lucas Arts won’t “Do the Solo” anymore.
I thought Telltale games was just working on Tales of Monkey Island… I didn’t know they owned the rights to the whole series. Better yet, I didn’t know they had people who worked on Monkey Island. Seraphim Ephyon… you just made my day! :moogle:
