Actually, it’s been less than a year. It was the last thing announced for the millenium fair.
And it isn’t about whether I could afford it or not, I just said one comment about how I thought Charle’s was quite stupid, and then how the decision process was flawed. Hell, I never even wanted that game, I just wanted to try.
We came up with the decision process; thus, we decided how everything would work. It wasn’t flawed. We make all the rules, not you. It’s also based on the principal of Round Robin and tournament styles done in sports. If you think that’s not fair, you can take it up with them.
Round Robin is also based on the principal that only one person will come out on top, and that one person will advance each round. By making it so that you have 5 people win, but only 3 advance each round, you stand a chance of eliminating 2 of the top 5 if they’re all concentrated into one round.
World Cup uses Round Robin, and the top two of the group of four come out. It doesn’t always have to be one.
