Not just bitchy, but clueless.I swear three times over the course of this school year I asked her questions and EACH TIME she answered something directly different to what I was asking, and she says it as if I’m stupid.

“Can you tell me why I cant access my mother’s email on account on these computers?”
“I can show you how to use this other email program…”

“How do you link pages on a website?”
“Here, I’ll show you how to do a bibliography”

and so on and arrrg!She so deserved the pirson bitch naming thing.
