That disturbs me. That even one of our states apparently believes that it is worse to grow weed than to take an innocent life sickens me. Of course, we don’t know if they’re speaking of sentences for 1st Degree Murder, but, taken at face value, sickening.

What sickens me the most is that hey find someone to blame for every little bad thing that happens. They are blaming illegal imigrants for marijuana plantations and pornography. As if those things wouldn’t exist if there were no illegal imigrants…
What really blows my mind is the number of people who would buy things this way to keep the black market going!

As for the pot-growing vs murder punishment question… maybe pot growers are easier to catch and convict (and hence easier for state DAs to use to pad conviction records come election season) than murderers? So that’s why “the man” comes down so hard on them? (If you can’t catch 'em all, make a bigger example out of the ones you do, to show how tough on crime you are…)
Personally I think there are bigger problems in this country than getting stoned. I also find it stupid as to how we turn a blind eye to any benifits that may come from the plant due to the stigmata that comes with it.

I mean that while the police are occupied on drug busts, they AREN’T occupied arresting people for serious crimes, such as rape and murder.
