You go online to the Marine Corps website. Go to the MCI link. Put in your last name, DOB, and SSN and you just order them. They come to your unit. You do the book (it is sort of like a work book, some come with CDs). You take the test and then get it signed off and mail it in. It then adds to your “cutting score” which helps you get promoted. However, some also count for college classes.
