As said, if teh Humane Society won’t take it, take it into your own hands. Rabies can be pretty bad, and the treatment can be too.
But you COULD call animal control. They tend to be rather humane about it and they know what they’re doing./
If not, put a hole in the little bugger’s head, and Fed Ex is to the Human Society, with said note.
