How do I get ZSNES to only play one sound at a time? I’m trying to get the soundtrack for F-Zero but whenever I dump the SPC data I get the sound of the car with the music.

Thanks, that is what I needed, but I would still like to know how they got that.

If I remember correctly, the F5 through F12 keys toggle certain sound channels, so you need to toggle them all off except the one that has the music.
