Xenosaga 3 shots

XS2 had awesome battles. I’ve never had to think so much or be so afraid of losing in any other RPG. The rest of the game, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired.

Wow, thanks Spoony, that looks a lot better.

The thing with XSII’s battles (boss battles mainly) was that all enemies where mostly calm during the whole fight… until they went under a mark like 10.000HP, started Boosting like maniacs and screwed you over. Once you figure that out, it was pretty monotonous. Especially since the “calm” part took so goddamn much thanks to the enemies having way too much HP.

Not all of them, not by a long shot. Even the regular enemies were a challenge in XS2. And there are so many ways to increase damage that it’s can almost be like a Disgaea-style domino set-em-up-and-watch-em-roll.

It had to be done.

Also, I’ve yet to play XS2…probably end up passing on that, though.

Um what is that?

:moogle: and what is he doing with those legos?

:open_mouth:

…I just lost a little more faith in humanity…it’s in the negatives now. :frowning:

Anyone notice that Jin is wearing clothes like Citan from XG?

EDIT: Oh, someone mentioned it already >_>;;

Aww, don’t feel bad, RC. QUANTUM LEAP is too old for most young people today to remember the show.

Me? I LOVED it. Original and touching.
:biggrin:

Caith, check here:

But I STILL don’t like the name Ziggy. Reminds me of THIS guy:

Wow, Shion’s design makes Tetsuya Nomura’s character designs look tactful.
