Mr. Cake Smilie: Cake Thrower.
Mr. Angry Smilie: Angry Person With Fists.

I would take as many companions as came my way, but if limited, here are my choices:
Booken/OmegaflareX: The party wizard. A tough choice between them, though. Omega’s explosion spells are probably deadlier, but Booken might be faster and his smaller size might make him a harder target. I would probably flip a coin.
Dragon God: Dragon, god and master of music.
Gunsmokemist: Cute comic relief.
Kero Hazel: Werewolf monk. Brutal.
Lunaris: Artillerist and strategist.
Shalcar: A party cleric. Also kind, helpful and empathetic.
Skankin’ Garbage: Style. Pure style. Need I say more?
And although I would not take him along, I would consult the oracle that is Sephiroth Katana for advice.

X-hunter: Works well with Val. (Yeah, I know he quit, BUT, if he were available…)
Cala: Hey, she’s part of the Razor Wit Trio, cannot leave her out! Besides, she’s sneaky!
Weiila: The Voice of Reason.
StarStorm: He works well with Weiila.
Chris-Chris: We need a youngster to be impressed by all our great deeds!
And I, of course would be the leader! Because I’m a master of strategy!

I originally was putting in their jobs/classes, but I ended up putting in most of them as just “Cool guy”, so uhh…yeah.
shrug I don’t see anything particularly bad about it…I’ve seen sprite comics that REALLY suck. Ones that don’t make you cry, they make your eyeballs liquify and dribble out of their sockets…fortunately, they’re mostly on Keenspace and only last for one panel after being abandoned by it’s creator. Possibly out of hopelessness.
Besides, if y’all wanna go into an artistic debate, that’s what the Media Forum is for. =P
