Depends. If it’s Inuyasha Vs Kenshin then Inuyasha would obviously win, since there is no way a blunt strike from a human (Who isn’t a physically strong person to begin with) could knock out a Youkai.
Now, Inuyasha Vs Battousai is a different story. With Inu’s waving that giant iron lump around without ever actually learning any stile, the Hitokiri would slice him up in mere seconds.

Why would they even be fighting? Inuyasha wouldn’t kill a human even if he was bad and Kenshin definetly isn’t bad. Kenshin wouldn’t fight Inuyasha because the only time he fights is when he must protect someone. Inuyasha wouldn’t be attacking any of Kenshin’s friends.
Kenshin. Inuyasha just waves his sword around and it stupid. Kenshin it cool and sauve and therefore would win as he is faster and much more agile and actually has a style other then cutting wood.
Woot someone has joined me on the Kenshin side. He seems to be very resourcful when he needs to be.

Kenshin uses his head quite often. If he can figure out Inuyasha’s moves, he’ll come up with a strategy and Inuyasha’ll be down for the count. I’m going with Kenshin.
Plus being human doesn’t really matter since kenshin seems to be stronger and faster than the ordinary.
