They have buckets of them. The sea level slowly rises as more balls go off-court. Cities in the immediate area are flooded. Many lose their homes and livelihoods. This continues for many geenrations, until eventually the world is flooded, and the only dry land is that single tennis-court on a boat. Of course by that time gangs of people on speedos are fighting over it and it’s last few pieces of grass. Humanity enters it’s twilight hours, all because someone thought it would be a good idea to make a floating tennis court. Assholes.

Tennis balls do float. To bad your theory is completly flawed Pie, as the balls could just be scooped up, and even if they weren’t, only like half the mass would be displaced.
