That’s Neil Patrick Harris from Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog (but here as the villain Music Meister) from the Brave And The Bold episode “Mayhem of the Music Meister!” a musical (!) episode. Man, he CAN sing! :eek: (and so does Grey DeLisle, the voice actress for Black Canary.)

I generally dislike Brave and the Bold, but I love Neil Patrick Harris, musicals, and music themed characters, so this seems pretty great, haha. Thanks for sharing! c:
