It does. I was talking to a friend of mine just non. There was a 2 secs delay between one speaking and the other one hearing, but we have to consider he was downloading stuff at kazaa… He talks to people from China, Marocco and Australia normally, or so he says. My father talks to some people in Portugual and France. I have just got into it.
BTW… You should only get it if you have broadband. 56K might not do for a good chat.

I still use it under…duh…devillion, but i hardly get on anymore because Ventrilo is a Hojillion times better.
