Most likely when Merlin, or someone else, gets around to creating the directory chmodding it and setting things up in the admin panel. I doubt it’s something they prioritate though.

You need 5 posts before you can upload a custom avatar- check where it says “more info” besides your avatar on the edit options page

Forgot? I never knew. By the timw we were first able to upload custom avvies, I had like, 300-400 posts, so the never crossed my mind. Lemme alone! ;.;
