I was asking about the intimidating aspect, I hope its not either.
I’m guessing it’s a bit intimidating. I am a regular at another board for two years and everyone is so freaking happy-go-lucky there it’s sickening. If someone posts fanfiction and you say, “Well you need to improve on this and this” people turn on you for being rude and hateful. And the swearing. Such a felony! I think it has to do with the fact that most of those members were in their 20’s and above (past the whole angry teenage hormones?) and women.
When I came here, it was well, different. I like the atmosphere here because everyone’s honest yet harsh when they need to be. I guess it’s a bit intimidating depending on what board you’re from.
