In the Tobli entry in “Species” it is stated that "These characters appear in FFX-2 only, not FF10. ". Actually, Tobli is in FF10, but he’s not named nor does anything of consequence. He’s throughout the game found in Luca in the screen outside the stadium where the reporter is.
I’m pretty sure it used to say that… not sure why it was changed. X-X
