Take Communism for example. In theory, it’s the best form of government. but realistically, like any form of government, cannot be run to theory without corruption and greed.
Hell, Capitalism is (in theory) the best kind of government. It would work if people were altruists, and it’s the same with Communism. That’s why I favor capito-socialism like many Scandinavian countries use.
