I doubt a hurricane relief survey will make the foundings for good relationships between the two nations, but at least it’s something.

Castro vowed to never forgive the US, and he’s man enough to take aid from us, talk with our former leaders openly and as a friend, and at least admit to some degree he was wrong, while Bush wouldn’t accept help from Cuba because his ego isn’t even stable enough to not have his own country do everything while it’s already failing.
