But I don’ t think that anyone will be able to play the disc inside it (was this the one with the disc?) . At best someone could see our sparkling earthlings business card, but chances are slim. On the other hand, it’ s not impossible.

Now that i read the article i know what the space agency did with all of Elvis’s gold records after he died-They put them on the voyager so any aliens that come across the spacecraft will listen to them and surmise the earth is inhabitated by beings of very low intelligence and not worth attacking-

That was when V1 passed trough Pluto, right now it’s leaving the Sun’s area of influence, which is considered the real frontier of our solar system.
