we start in september…and im already off now…no more school yeay!!
Fear not, my American brethren! The Japanese might have more dedication, better education, and other things, but we have more land and Catholics and can thus outbreed them!
Go to Tokyo and try to NOT get your wallet stolen.
Well, see, they have their long break during our winter months. You know, December and the like. However, they do that because it’s SUMMER then. The Eastern Hemisphere has their summer while we’re having our winter. So yeah, it’s winter for them right now; that’s why they’re still in school.

I would. It’s not even June 30th and I’m already looking forward to September. I was reviewing logarithms yesterday. For FUN. It’s ridiculous how bored I am.
But then again, I’m an excited first year UWO student next year, so I have something to look forward to.
Thats true, how could I have forgotten. But then again Demi wasn’t specific. And I too Hades am suffering boredomes damned wrath. It’s my fault though, I dont really want to be social for my vacation and taking time off. Since the kids in school are crazy what with their antics and such, but I do miss it so and congrats on being accepted at UWO!
I guess you didn’t see my < /badgeography>.
wtf
I’m surprised and amazed that 984’s joke flew right above people’s heads. o_O
I second GAP’s motion. It makes 984’s joke really funny
I recognised the joke; I just felt the post was wtf-worthy nonetheless.
(I also saw the tag at the end, but I didn’t want to mention seeing it because I thought a pure “wtf” post would be the best way to go about my business.)
Fun fact. Earth’s perihelion occurs during the Southern Hemisphere’s summer. That should actually result in their summers being hotter than the Northern Hemisphere’s summer (which occurs during the aphelion), ceteris paribus.
Did you just say something about my mother?
Bagging on japan is fun, but not being able to handle the stress of being a kid is a universal problem. I dunno if anyone has ever read ‘The Burn Diaries’, but its a biography of a kid who lights himself on fire after he accidentally lights his gym locker on fire at school. That was the first thing i thought of once i read the post, and that kid was from middle america.
