As I understand it’s not as much legal as simply not stated as illegal facepalms I thought the headlines a few weeks ago on the big newspapers were just another blown-up idiocy…
This has been going on for a long time though. In one of the classic books here, “Utvandrarna” by Wilhelm Moberg, a man is accused of having raped a cow in the mid 1800’s. “And that is of course horrible, because then the cow might give birth to a beast with a human body and a bull’s head!”

Well, I mean, every time I see Bush, I think “Bull.” Though that isn’t so much due to the look but the sound that comes out of his mouth.

I think that the only reason that it’s not illegal is that the people in charge thought that the public would be smart enough to figure things out on their own without having a big sign saying “How about… NO?” in their face.
