Is it rape? Fraud? Is the guy a victim, a moron, or both?

He’s a moron for even going into the room. I’d say it’s fraud if it’s anything.
I think he’s a fucking moron. Sure, he was tricked, but seriously man!!! it’s the fucking internet! And with the person not being able to show up at any bars… that made it exceptionally fishy. It’s his own mistake for being scammed like that, and he should of stopped and thought about it first. And what the hell, he had a girlfriend during this?! Man, some people are beyond retarded.
The guy’s a victim of his own stupidity and he’s a moron. Somewhere in his life he did not learn the old saying “Don’t believe everything you read.” If he sat down for just a minute and thought about the events that just happened before he got to the bar he’d be back home telling his girlfriend to never let him go on the internet ever again.
Hey, it’s match.com … it must be safe. ;.;
.
what a moron. you’d think that any number of those things would put out at least warning lights, but all together would have made anyone else get out long before that happened. as has been said before, victim of his own sheer idiocy.
The guy says nothing about the guy’s voice on the phone. Did he seriously have a high enough voice that sounded girly? It’s amazing what being horny can do to a man’s rational thought.
that would be one more factor in making everyone else split before this happened, but the other guy might have got a friend to make the call for him.
This is horseshit. No one is that stupid.
atually, there are people in this classroom right now that are stupid enough to do this.
“If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” Dude thought it was creepy, but still went along with it. I wouldn’t consider it rape, since he was never forced to do any of it, but it’s abundantly clear that, had he actually thought about what was going on, he wouldn’t have done it. Even stupid people have the right to the truth.
Can you TASTE the STUPID?
Never say that. Of COURSE someone would be that stupid.
Its not rape, he’s a moron. He put himself in that situation. And that’s if its real.

it’s been proven time and again by people worldwide. “never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers.” or even one very stupid person.
This topic was right over the one about Spiderman when I saw it, and I read it as “Spiderman Tricked Into Sex”.
LOL!!!
Spider-Man Tricked Into Sex! Green Goblin Thrilled!
Hmm. If someone uses fraud to get you to have sex with them, is it rape? After all, pretty much any guy in conversation with an attractive girl has thought, “gee, if I said X, that might expedite my way to getting some.” Of course, if someone says “I have pictures of you licking the mayor’s ass, have sex with me and it’ll go away,” that would most definitely be rape. I suppose it’s not so much the fraud as the threat of dire consequences.
I mean, this guy (supposedly) impersonated a woman in order to get the author to come and have sex with him. That could be construed as pretending to be someone else. If someone was able to impersonate your partner to have sex with you, would you consider it rape?
If this guy, however, was opposed to anal sex, which it would appear from the words used in TFA, and was tricked into it without his consent, I’m not so sure his gullibility should absolve the other guy from prosecution.
Anyway, that’s all the thought I’ll devote to it right now. The rest is budgeted for school purposes.
I’m aiming forlong life compantion ship before sex so… I’d not get caught like that…
BN
Plus I’d like to see what I’ve done to her…
