I like the parts that the arabs cut off.
Don’t forget, Arac. In this context it is best to pronounce it as “them Ay-rabs.”
This is the first thing I learned in my very first college course, Economics 101.
Location: Texas
On the other hand, if someone is footing the bill…
Ultratech, harsher punishments don’t necessarily bring better results.
State Prisons in Texas:
Private, For Profit, Prisons in Texas:
That doesn’t even include county jails, city lock ups, or federal penitentiaries!
And yet, despite all those prisons keeping you Texans safe and those awful blacks off the street, Texas still ranks in the bottom 25% of States in terms of the rate of violent crime. I think we all know what the answer is…
MORE PRISONS!!!:runaway::runaway::runaway:
Blacks who do bad things end up in prison. Whites who do bad things don’t make publicly available shitty music bragging about it, so they don’t end up in prison.
Well, speaking as someone who has been to prison, I think that the problem lies with the state’s greed which fuels sending people who do not even need to go to prison to prison. Small, bullshit crimes that could be taken care of in fines, community service, or probation. Instead, because you’re worth more money in than out, they put you in. Then you have the entire system corrupt to its core, stealing everyone’s money & things like that. Then you have the “humane” argument. If someone is sentenced to die, televise the shit, & for god’s sake actually do it within a few weeks.
