for some odd reason the Welcom Panel hack messed up our birthday notification, but I tracked down and terminated the problem. It should be back now.

Because all the people with 150x150 avatars were complaining that it stretched too much.
Not all the people, I didn’t complain. I actually thought it was better to keep the avatar in.
Since I generally get to the Agora via Online Life, I didn’t even notice we had some technical problem.

Nope. Hover the “smilies” and look at their new triggers.
Emphasis on the quotes around smilies, since they really aren’t.
