Edit 3: You know what? I might as well develop a software that gets songs as inputs and outputs their tabs. Distributing tabs is illegal, but such a program wouldn’t be. I think it’d be a case analogue to emulators, if the tabs are analogue to roms.

Huh? Do you mean putting an mp3 into a program and then getting the program to tab it out? I think that’s impossible, even though it’s a neat idea.
I agree with Gila.
You’d have to isolate just the guitar track. And you’d have to assume that people are using standard tuning variations, which is not always the case. And a whole bunch of other crap.
So I’m willing to bet it is next to impossible. It would be much easier to just sit down with a guitar and figure it out for yourself.
