After closing out due to an error, Firefox asked me to sign in as a different user, or somesuch. I accidentily did so instead of signing in again as “default”, and in doing so, I lost all my bookmarks and preferances. And me, being the technical moron that I am, can’t figure out how to switch back. Help, please?
Try closing it, making sure the “firefox.exe” process is stopped, and then just starting it again. Your original profile should be the default. If it opens back into the new profile, try keeping it open, and running a second firefox window, that way the second one will prompt you to pick a profile. Then pick your old one.
