The hands and face could use some work. (and the butt of the spear)
The eyes and hair are okay, but the face is kinda… deformed 
The left side of the face (looking at it) should not be angled so it’s wider at the top. If it angled more toward the eye from the jaw it would look much more natural.
Yeah, I was kinda going for a 3/4 view of it, but put the left eye way too far to the right… gonna fix that next time I draw.
This is the result of finals week… several tests, each taking 50-30 minutes each, leaving me with an hour or more in all my classes to sit and do whatever.
The neck is a little on the long side. Otherwise it is nice.

She looks a little… evil; but the drawing’s good. Some more detail would be nice, but it’s not necessary if you don’t want it.

Grem: I actually think the fingers look good. They’re just weirdly placed, or something.
Steve: Yay, for nifty photoshop effects. 
I have the impression the position of her eyes is messed up a bit too, though. XP It’s hard to tell exactly what’s wrong, but maybe her right eye should be a little bit lower and her left one closer to the right one.
I like the Hand too, actually. It’s just cut off because of the damn scanner, but aside from that I dont see anything wrong with it.
And Steve, the eyes and mouth are a little displaced 
Mouth needs to be lower to the right, the right eye should be lower too and be in the same in the same position as the other eye. Aside from that it’s fine.
