Everytime I turn my computer on or restart it a box pops up!
Could not load or run C:\Users~BABYG~1\AppData\Local\Temp\dwm.exe specifies in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry.
Is this a virus? I dont know how to get rid of it and I want it gone.
Please help me.

What I normally do is type the error message straight into Google and you can find some pretty helpful stuff, especially from forums. I happened to find a useful web-page:
It may have the answer to your problem… if not then I would suggest, doing a full system virus scan, as well as a spyware/malware/adware scan (for this I would highly recommend “Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware”). Many techies would also suggest using “Hijack this” however you should know that not all files it identifies are bad and removal should be done with caution. If using “Hijack this” it would be best to save the log file and post it up on a tech support forum for the pros to analyze for you!

You can also try to use the System Restore function to set it back to a date when it was functioning properly.
