Make them transparent. Reading the <a href=“http://www.rpgclassics.com/join/decide.shtml”>FAQ</a> helps too.
To be fair, I’m not sure if anybody’s successfully made a transparent GIF in Paint. I sure don’t know how to.
The solution: Get a better image editing program.
Oh it’s possible. It’s just stupidly complicated compared to booting up PS7 and saying ‘transparent plz’.
Well, I know it’s possible… after all SOMEBODY had to do it to make the tutorial. I just remember trying to follow that tutorial once and do it myself, but I failed miserably.
I use it all the time for transparencies. 8-(
