You already have my sprite. Make it like MGS’ Revolver Ocelot (before he got Liquid’s arm grated to him). The tone should be a serious one, but will add a bit of sarcasm/some type of pun to certain situations. An expert sadist.
Main weapon is a pair of revovlers. Ace marksmanship with them and can hit some targets by causing the bullets to ricochet.
When it comes to hero or villain, I don’t care. Whatever you want.
