This has been his entrance script which violates Scripting rule #1. It’s not a greeting, obviously, but it is posted immediately after someone enters the chat.
Furthermore, he has also done the following:

I’m not sure whether or not this violates the scripting rules, but this definitely is a clear violation of one’s powers as an operator.
Because we’ve found !random_pwnage to not be breaking the rules, and that other comment isn’t really trolling, especially since we don’t know the context it was said in.
As for his greeting script, I don’t see it operating (nor had I seen it operating ever).
