Well, FZeroX was the greatest racing game I’d played on the N64, and if this versions as good now as that version was then, it must be quite amazing.
But to be on the safeside, is it a rental game or a purchase game anyway?
While at first I was extremly pissed off at the game (stupid Mute City), but after some pratice on training mode with Captain Falcon and boom, I got better. I can destroy up to five cars, depending on the track (can’t even get one on the tube levels), and can cut corners easily now. Just need to buy it and build up my custom car for James McCloud (you heard me :D).

Man. I HATE the half pipes. So easy to screw up. Could never finish White land for the 64.
Save the halfpopes for skateboards and bobsleds, thanks.
I know Lightning enough to use the pipe to my advantage and bump people off, although my frag record remains to be on the Casino track in Emerald cup, murder city.
yeah, where the hell is WHITE LAND? is it on the last course that I havent unlocked yet? or what? if they didnt add it, I’m gonna be sad. I havent played it as much as I should.
I thought that F Zero GX was pretty good for a racer, but I suck too bad at racers to enjoy it.
Sapphire cup mute city is evil. I died in the most messed up way today: after the turn where you have the ice, you jump and can land on 2 platforms. I was aiming for the top but fell just a bit short so my car nosedived into the bottom track. The problem arose when the car remained in that position and I was driving sideways. Sadly, you need floor to drive on, so my car was riding the wall and I died from wall damage. I wonder what would’ve happened if that had happened on a place where the wall went away…

When that happens hit L or R and you can sometimes escape the Wall of Death, but…happened to me too, I try not to land on the bottom platform anymore as much as possible because of it, although that jump spot isn’t as sick as the Megapolis 2 or whatever that last track in Ruby is, the 2 version is in Diamond, it is SICK.

Diamond cup is a violating experience. Wow. Just…wow… I’m afraid to see what AX cup is like @_@. The insanity is just beyond description. The SEGA people are EVIL.
