Would someone be willing to import a Nintendo DS and maybe a game or two from the US/Canada to the UK? Assuming I Paypal’d (sorry you non-Paypal peoples) the money for console, game and shipping first, I’d be willing to wait the however-long-it-takes to send it.
Obviously this is only a temporary solution for me. If the DS is released here in December/January it won’t matter (I’ll be too impatient to wait), and the same if the cost of console + shipping exceeds the European price when it’s eventually confirmed. Right now most news-sites are thinking £129 suspected vs $149 confirmed (£80), and I have other uses for that spare £49, so importing = good.
I’d do it for you pie, but i can’t. I only have a preorder down for one DS and one game. All the stores near me have preordered their stock out and won’t have any for purchase on launch. You would have to wait for the next shipment to come in for me to buy one for you, but by then you could just get it in england. =(
