Never played the original Shining Force. What system was it on and was it any good?
Genesys. It was simply the best RPG for a SEGA system ever. I didn’t like Shining Force 2 asmuch as I liked the first one, though.
Downloaded, having a play now. Looks pretty interesting. I’ve yet to get to the combat system yet though. ;;>_>
I tried the original Shining force, something just didn’t seem to stick to me with it. I suspect the music and the color palette, so I might give the remake a shot since that would most likely be fixed. Oh yes, controls too, the older RPGs are an enigma to me in those regards.
