Along those same lines I get angered at how when males and females drink men are typically responsible for what they do afterward while women are not. Two people have consensual sex while drunk and the man can legally be accused of rape. There was an article here where that happened. They both went to a party, both willingly had drinks, and she even said she did not refuse sex after drinking. She was still able to claim rape because since she was drunk she could not think clearly.

Well, if she’s that impressionable, she shouldn’t have been able to join the military forces for starters. If I were the judge I’d send her to jail for lying to court or whatever. If she is indeed impressionable to that level and got into the army, then the ones who let her in should be arrested too.

yes, if you’re going to abuse people like that, get caught enjoying yourself at it, and then claim ignorance, you’re not only stupid, you’re pretty screwed. can you say jail time?
This is pretty clearly an attempt to move the attention away from her, and onto someone else (her superiors). She would never claim something like this if she actually was this stupid. She just wants to get the public (thus the court) to think “aww, she’s just a poor little girl, she didn’t know what she was doing”, that way attention will move to the commanders.
