(Well, obviously you don’t, but still…) Omega from FFI&II: Dawn of Souls. He’s so frickin’ hard to beat! Tis unbelievable!
Algus (FFT). About three missions in, I was like, ‘die I hate you I wanna stab you in the face RRAAARGH.’

YES, YES, the guy was so annoying, with the defense and the endless hp. I think i spent more than 30 minutes fighting him, just because it took forever to kill him, he was hardly challenging with his attacks. Also, Necrosaro. When you thought you kill him, he just pops out four more arms or something. Otherwise, nobody else i can think of that I wanted dead. If I had fought any of the weapons in ff7 or something i’d probably yell ruby or sapphire, but i’m too lazy to beat them yet.
When do you kill him? I got to the end of Chapter 3, when you fight Veliace (sp?), and I was too underlevelled to kill him, and I couldn’t go back and level up, so I ended up starting a new game. 20 hours down the drain. :<
You kill Algus at the end of chapter 1. It’s Velius, and he is one tough son of a bitch. I would save in a separate slot before battling Velius, so you can go back and level up if he pwns you. If I recall correctly, Velius is the Zodiac Brave that Wiegraf turns into.
