Joey from Yu Gi Oh…well I like the character but his voice drives me insane.It’s so…unfitting.And Merle from Escaflowne…I think she’s down in annoyance in the movie I saw, but in the series she’s irritating.

Most annoying? Probably Dilandau, but more in the dub. Also, maybe Yagashi in Blue Seed.

There’s Nall in LSSSC, and Ruby in L:EB.
The thing I hated about Nall was that the voice was too high pitched and squeaky to be male, but they always said him. I don’t care what anyone says Nall is female.
I also never got why it was so hard to see Dilandus gender.
dilandau was hot -_-;;
