I suggest you use DOSBox and the D-Fend front end if you want to run older pc games.

and that will make old games run at a normal speed?

so how do I get it to run in full screen?

You start it with the flag --fullscreen.

Start - Run - dosbox --fullscreen.

I’m still confused, the only way I’ve gound out how to play games with it is to run the icon for the game over the icon for dosbox and I theres no way I’ve found to put it into fullscreen.

It’s the –fullscreen written behind dosbox. Edit your DOSBox shortcut to read “path to dosbox.exe/dosbox.exe” – fullscreen.
