Because that is 30min out of 3 hours of cutscenes =)
And it’s not worth it for me to pay close to $250 just to see the rest of it, sorry. Especially since I’ve already played the PS1 version.

Pretty much, with some added features.
And there’s many other games worth getting on it too! Namely Metroid Prime, and for some the Wind Waker (though I didn’t like WW, there are those who did)

Yeah, it basically makes the gameplay more like MGS2 (and probably some more). It also adds more story elements. It is sort of the original idea that they had for MGS, but didn’t have time or the technology to add. It is sort of like a director’s cut in that it adds stuff they originally wanted to add, but they are adding more and upping the graphics.
