X4 sigma is the easiest with nothing for me, with Zero, however. I suck as X. X3 sigma is a problem for me no-matter what, and X2, 5, and 6 are really easy to me.
Oh, and I will pick up Z3, then. I trust SG on this more than most of my dumbass friends.
Miss Mints: As far as the normal Megaman games go, yes. The games get really stupid after 5. I personally only like to play 2, 3, and 4. But on the other hand, most of the X games are good. 6 and 7 are ‘broken’ in one way or another, and X8 is just plain tough, but the first few are still good. MMZ games have been getting easier in terms of stages and harder in terms of bosses; since not many people are psycho enough to play through the game with nothing, you’ll probly enjoy 3 and 4 a lot.
SE: You might be the only one to have played MML2 I’ve only played the first one, and didn’t think it was all that great.
Arac: Why thank you.
Ok, just finished the game. Pretty impressive.
I’m not sure what the undodgable attack was, but the final boss made me crap my pants because of the timer. The fight-the-8-bosses stage was intense, especially the Sun Moth or whatever her name was.
Now the Ending:
I think it could have been done a bit better. Weil’s story and the Dark Elf are still unexplained, so I figure that there is probably going to be a next installment. The final scene was good, but I just think it was a little quick.
But I’m torn here: One third of me thinks it’s a fitting end. Another part wishes for a more thorough ending with all the explanations that are still missing and, I’m a sucker for this, a happy ending. And the last part swears that if Zero comes back AGAIN he better have some damn good explanation for how the fuck did he survive an atmospheric reentry. Then again, it is not only not the first time Zero dies, it is not the first time Zero dies while blowing up a world-destroying orbital station, so you know…
Also, where are the Guardians? Phantom -the dead one- gets a mention, and yet Harpuia, Leviathan and Fefnir are nowhere to be seen.
Thoughts?
